Shipping Options

 

To Cyprus:

We offer FREE shipping within Cyprus using the Travel & Express service (excluding Limassol) where packages can be picked up from the branch closest to your area.  Orders are dispatched within 3 days from the date the order was placed. You can choose to pay when you pick up your package or use PayPal payment service.  We also accept bank tranfers within Cyprus.  If you have any other requirements for shipping or payment please feel free to contact us before placing the order.  

To EU:

We ship to all european countries using EMS Datapost Express Service. It usually takes 2-3 days from the dispatch date from our shop. We use a standard €25 flat rate cost for shipping to EU countries per order with the exception of products marked with free shipping. For other shipping methods please contact us before placing the order.

Pick up in store:

You can place an order from our eShop and pick up your items from our shop.

Don't hesitate to contact us for additional shipping locations or shipping methods.

Minimal Order Amount

Our minimal order amount is €40. Orders below that amount wont be processed.

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched 2-3 days from the date of order.  Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped during working days, Monday to Saturday.

If the items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of the order or for shipping the items that are in stock.

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you to confirm the dispatch date with the tracking details if available.

If your country is inside the European Union your order will be subject to V.A.T.

 

Return & Exchange policy

Any returns must be declared and made within 5 days of receiving the goods for a refund.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories, labels/tags attached.

 

What should I do if the size of my product is not appropriate?

We will send you the correct size as soon as we receive the item(s) for size exchange.

What should I do if an item is faulty upon receiving it?

In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives, we will replace it for you.   The item must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging with all accessories, labels/tags attached.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time, please contact us before returning the item.  We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
In either of the situations above, please contact us.

What should I do if I want to return the items?

You have several options to do so.  If you are a registered user you can go to your account and select "Orders".   There will be an option to "Return Items" for the order.  If you are not a registered user you can contact us by phone, email or by clicking on the "Contact us" option found at the top right of the page.
